What is a session like? The first Chi Nei Tsang session is one and a half hours. Thereafter, the sessions are one hour. You lie face up on a massage table wearing comfortable clothing, with a pillow under your knees. I help you to relax and breathe deeply. Then I work on your abdomen with a deep, soft and gentle touch.
I may also teach you self-help techniques such as abdominal self-massage, and/or give guidance about diet, breathing, cleansing and other health-related and lifestyle matters. After treatment people often feel more “in their bodies” and much more relaxed and emotionally integrated. How often will I need sessions? This varies according to each person’s needs. One session is beneficial. Often people come for a series of sessions.
Some people come weekly, some every other week, once a month, or when they need to. Clients experience relief from:
Stress, depression, anxiety, fear, grief, trauma, breathing problems, digestive disorders, menstrual problems, sleep difficulties and fatigue. Digestive problems treated include: Abdominal pain, irritable bowel syndrome, gall bladder pain, bloating, acid reflux, and constipation, and other digestive issues Clients Experience:

human being. Heaven and earth and the ten thousand things require chi to stay alive. A person that knows how to allow chi to circulate will preserve himself and banish illnesses that might cause him harm. -- Ko Hung ********************************** |
